Employment faces several issues, such as; nepotism, forced diversity over quality of character and ability, downsizing and replacement with machines while no continual compensation is rendered to the former worker base and companies keep all the profit, unfair worker to corporate profit margins, no one wanting to do labor work, forced inclusions of aspects of life completely unrelated to work and unnecessary for any real production purpose at work.
